Building on our inaugural Chapter Leadership (CL) session at this year's Sustainable Meeting Conference, GMIC is pleased to announce the launch of a new series of Chapter Leadership webinars.
Our first webinar in this series will focus on the often overlooked third 'P' of the triple bottom line: profit. Specifically, economic sustainability as it applies to chapter development.
We are very excited that our conference CL facilitator, Holly Duckworth, is back to lead us through the critical function of fundraising for non-profit associations.
Holly will take us through a step by step process of conducting an internal analysis within your own Chapter Board to ask:
· WHY you are asking for funds;
· HOW you should go about asking for funds; and
· WHO is responsible for asking for funds.
This will lead into a discussion on setting sponsorship package guidelines, including a brief overview of GMIC's new guidelines for developing chapter sponsorship packages.
